Mr. Daniel Shih 

Mr. Daniel Shih currently serves as Vice Chairman of LionRock Capital Hong Kong (LionRockHK.com) and is a member of the Investment and Asset Management Committees. Mr. Shih also serves as independent, no-executive director of Sintek Photronics Corp. (TPE: 3049) and member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. In addition, Mr. Shih serves as Senior Advisor of Viva China Holdings Limited, (HK:8032). Prior, from 2012-2019, Mr. Shih was an independent, non-executive director, and member of both Governance and Compensation committees of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (NYSE: ADM). Also, from 2007-2013, Mr. Shih was Deputy Chairman and Chairman of Governance Committee of Hong Kong Main Board listed company, Stella International Limited. (HK: 1836). Mr. Daniel Shih has over 40 years of experiences at major multinational and private companies with over 30 years focus on Asia/China region, in areas of business strategy, sales/marketing and operations. Mr. Shih served as Chairman of PepsiCo Greater China; President of Motorola China; Senior Partner of Ernst & Young LLP and CEO of North Asia of CapGemini Ernet&Young for five years. Prior, Mr. Shih also worked at General Electric (GE) for 14 years. Mr. Shih has been active in business associations in China; he served as Vice Chairman of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (CAEFI), Advisor of Sichuan Provincial Government. He was also a Board of Director of Beijing University International MBA; and frequent lecturer at Beijing and Nankai Universities. Mr. Shih was elected as top 100 Management Leaders of China in 2007 and “Distinguished Overseas Chinese” in 2008. He holds a B.S. degree from Tatung University in Electrical Engineering; a M.S. degree from University of Cincinnati in Electrical Engineering and an honorary PhD degree in Commerce from West Alabama State University.
